With an extensive HR career in the transport sector that has covered the full range of trains, planes, automobiles, road haulage and also includes oil and gas, I have worked for the likes of Alstom, Essar Oil and MAN Diesel to name just a few.

It goes without saying that I manage the HR service to ensure the advice, support, training, benefits, and guidance given to Managers and employees is in line with the company’s corporate policies and values.  However, my passion is to engage our people to be the best versions of themselves and to support them with career growth and continuous development.

At Totus, we work hard to support our customers and we also believe in having fun.  Having previously led award-winning corporate social responsibility and equality teams, I'm using my experience to enhance Totus' commitment to supporting charities, environmental projects and improving the communities in which we operate.
