You will have the opportunity to work on bespoke projects to deliver a pragmatic first-class service for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Services Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our industrial services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient execution of project compliance. All operational staff working in Industrial Services report to the Operations Manager, who is responsible for the planning, training and development of this team along side the development of a healthy proactive safety culture.

Industrial Services Operative

As an industrial service operative, you will need to be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic and also safely operate the equipment on site (full training will be provided). This role will include overnight stays or periods of working away from home. We offer very competitive rates of pay and benefits package. All operatives are offered guaranteed hours as well as overtime and overnight rates.
